Review & Sign Vendor Agreement

Please click on the following link here to fill out the Vendor Agreement. We want to ensure that our venue, vendors, guests, and volunteers have a great day. The following agreement ensures that all parties acknowledge their responsibilities for participation.

Register Vendor 'Fee'

Instead of the traditional vendor fee, we are asking that our vendors donate a product or service for our event raffle. The 'fee' will be collected during day of check-in along with a business card to highlight your contribution. Please click here to register your fee.

Complete Day Of Registration

Vendor Check In begins at 7AM at the date location of the event. Set up will be between 7 - 8 AM. Check-ins past 8AM are not guaranteed a spot. However we understand sh*t happens, so if you are running late day of please contact the Vendor Coordinator to save your spot.

Get More Involved

We want to shine a spotlight on those that seek to support our cause and those we want to help. Any company, organization, or vendor that donates $150 or more will be highlighted as a sponsor for our event.
